About Me
Ruby Milne is a postgraduate-qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist, specialising in equine performance and rehabilitation. She is currently undertaking her Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy.

Ruby graduated with First Class Honours in Equine Science (BSc) from Aberystwyth University, where she specialised in the equine microbiome and nutrition. Following her undergraduate studies, she managed full livery yards, working with a variety of conditions and providing optimal, individualised care for each horse. Alongside this, Ruby has produced her own horses to compete in British Eventing and British Dressage and has also explored sport horse breeding for eventing.

Her passion lies in supporting horses at all levels, whether they’re happy hackers or competitive athletes. She understands that both minor and major mobility dysfunctions can significantly affect a horse’s well-being and performance. By identifying and treating the root cause, physiotherapy can improve not just physical health, but also psychological well-being.

Ruby offers rehabilitation services using evidence-based manual and electrotherapies. Her approach goes beyond treating the primary injury, focusing on returning horses to normal life, including turnout and mental stimulation. She specialises in whole-system rehabilitation, with an emphasis on prevention, personalised treatment plans, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

In her spare time, you’ll find Ruby walking her two whippets, working with young horses, or training and competing her childhood pony, Sparky.

Our Philosophy
At RPM Equine, we believe every horse deserves care as individual as they are. By combining evidence-based physiotherapy with a compassionate, horse-centred approach, we support recovery, optimise performance, and prevent future issues.

Our speciality is exercise prescription; progressive programmes that build strength, correct movement, and improve long-term soundness.

Through collaboration with vets and other equine professionals, we deliver truly holistic care, while guiding owners with clear, tailored plans. Our aim is simple: to enhance welfare and help every horse move freely, comfortably, and confidently.
