Terms and Conditions
Prior to treatment, we require a completed veterinary referral form, in line with the Veterinary Surgeons Act. This ensures we have your vet’s consent to proceed and allows us to access relevant clinical history and diagnostic information that may influence your horse’s treatment. It also enables effective two-way communication, so we can share our findings and work collaboratively with your vet to provide a truly multidisciplinary approach to your horse’s care.
Please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions for Veterinary Physiotherapy Appointments. You'll find important information about what to expect from your appointment, our commitments to you, and what we ask in return. Details of our cancellation policy are also included, with full booking policy and facility T&C below.
