Based at our dedicated therapy yard in Byley, Middlewich, our rehabilitation livery provides a fully managed, vet-physio-led environment for horses recovering from injury or surgery, removing the guesswork from your horse's recovery.
What is Rehab Livery?
Rehabilitation livery at RPM Equine is for horses who need more than an occasional visit. It is the right choice when your horse requires daily physio-led management, structured rest and controlled exercise, on-site access to the therapy unit, and regular vet-coordinated progress monitoring.
This is not a standard livery yard. Every horse on our rehabilitation livery has an individual programme, reviewed weekly, adapted as they progress. We work alongside your vet throughout.

What is included?
Base Package
All rehabilitation livery places include:

✓ Individual stable with deep bed
✓ Turnout pens or small paddocks (where appropriate to recovery)
✓ Add-Lib forage included (soaked/hay/haylage)
✓ Hard feed at additional cost (or supply your own)
✓ Weekly progress report to owner
✓ 100 minutes of land-based exercise

How It Works

Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email to discuss your horse's condition, history, and what they need.

Admission
On arrival, we conduct a full assessment to establish a clinical baseline and design your horse's individual programme.
We will discuss Veterinary Referral and clarify any management adjustments required.

Weekly Programme
Each week follows a structured schedule of therapy sessions, controlled exercise, rest, and monitoring, adapted as your horse progresses, unless advised otherwise by your vet.
4
Regular Updates
We will provide you with, at minimum, weekly updates and progress reports, with photographs and videos where appropriate.
If booked, we will email a full report to both you and your vet.
