Cancellation Policy

At RPM Equine, we operate a structured booking system to ensure the safe and professional delivery of our water treadmill and rehabilitation services. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A completed Client Registration Form and, where applicable, Veterinary Consent Form must be submitted prior to the first session. We reserve the right to decline bookings if appropriate veterinary approval has not been obtained. Veterinary Referral Horses undergoing rehabilitation for injury, surgery, or diagnosed pathology must have written veterinary consent before commencing sessions. We may liaise directly with your vet where appropriate. Clients must disclose any changes in their horse’s condition prior to each appointment. Cancellations Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in full loss of the session fee. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Cancellations must be made via the website, email, or confirmed direct message. Shoeing & Hoof Safety Horses must not attend with sharp nails, road nails, studs, raised clenches, excessive nail ends, protruding shoe edges, or any sharp or abrasive surfaces. Shoes must be secure and suitable for treadmill use. Sessions may be refused if shoeing is deemed unsafe, and clients may be liable for equipment damage caused by non-compliance. Health & Conduct Horses must be handled by a competent adult. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if a horse presents as unsafe, lame, unwell, distressed, or unsuitable for treadmill work. Equipment Downtime In the event of equipment malfunction, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded. RPM Equine is not liable for associated costs such as travel or livery. Arrival Please arrive 15 minutes early. Horses legs must be washed in our wash bay with hibiscrub (provided) and feet thoroughly cleaned. Excessively dirty horses may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions. By booking, clients agree to RPM Equine’s full Terms & Conditions.
